Along with my co-authors Deborah Brewis and Katharina Chudzikowski, I have a current research stream focused on the hidden and devalued digital dirty work, like content moderation, that sustains digital infrastructure. After presenting at the Work, Employment, and Society conference in 2026, we are preparing the manuscript for submission.
